What You’ll Do:

This role is all about execution, coordination, and communication:

  • Coordinate project documentation, schedules, and communications
  • Track and manage project timelines, deliverables, and deadlines
  • Support project managers with subcontractor coordination and follow-up
  • Maintain accuracy in project systems (ERP, CRM, document management)
  • Organize and distribute plans, RFIs, submittals, and updates
  • Ensure nothing slips through the cracks—ever
  • Serve as the central point of communication across internal teams, vendors, and clients
  • Help create structure and consistency across projects

What You Bring:

  • Experience in construction, project coordination, or a fast-paced operational role (preferred but not required for the right person)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Comfort with systems, software, and documentation (or willingness to learn quickly)
  • A proactive mindset and high level of personal accountability
